About
Engineer first, entrepreneur by conviction
I'm Nader Ikladious, based in Düsseldorf, Germany. I've spent more than a decade building software for the web — frontend systems, design systems, browser extensions, and the unglamorous plumbing that holds products together.
Somewhere along the way I stopped wanting to only build other people's ideas. In 2023 I founded Linkinize, a collaborative bookmark manager for teams, and ran the whole loop myself: positioning, design, engineering, pricing, support. That loop — idea to shipped to sustained — is the work I find most honest, and it changed how I write code. Every technical decision is now a business decision wearing a different hat.
The development background still does the heavy lifting. I think in systems: design tokens over one-off styles, boring infrastructure over clever infrastructure, developer experience as a product feature rather than a luxury. I write about those ideas on the blog.
Now
Building and growing Linkinize, maintaining a handful of open source projects, and taking on a small number of client engagements — usually founders who need a product built from zero, or teams whose frontend needs an honest rebuild.
